Family portraits – What, you say 18 month olds don’t want their picture taken?!? What they do want – to get down and to run!!  So, we run, we chase, we swing and we get cute pics! Tejas Rodeo is the perfect place to do that!  What I love about 18 month portraits is that there are no fake smiles!  The ones you get are all real!  They also go from happy to sad in about two seconds, which always makes me laugh and remember when my boys were that age and I’d try to “reason” with them (which NEVER worked).  The trick is to get them to think they are in charge, then just go with whatever it is they want to do (within reason of course!).

If you haven’t been to Tejas Rodeo, you should go!  They have tons of cute places to take pictures and lots to do when they are open.  It’s a real working rodeo with events, horses, little booths to shop at and you can enter your kids in the “mutton busting”.  So fun!
